Muse India Streams Tearmoon Empire Anime

The Tearmoon Empire anime premiered on October 7 on the TOKYO MX and BS11 channels.
Muse India describes the first episode of the anime:
In Tearmoon Empire, lives Mia Luna Tearmoon, a princess who's called a "selfish princess". Due to a revolt, she was executed by guillotine when she was 20 years old... Or that's how it's supposed to be. But, after the execution, she somehow time leaped to when she was 12. Even when she is confused by the miracle, Mia's expression still shows that she's relieved that she survived. She wanted to treat everything that happened as a dream, but she found the blood-stained diary that she wrote until the last day before the execution. Furthermore, she meets the maid who took care of her in the previous timeline...

Yūshi Ibe (The Greatest Demon Lord is Reborn as a Typical Nobody assistant director) is directing the anime at SILVER LINK. Deko Akao (Komi Can't Communicate, The Case Study of Vanitas) is in charge of the series scripts. Mai Otsuka (The Demon Girl Next Door, Non Non Biyori) is designing the characters. Kōji Fujimoto of Sus4 Inc. is composing the music. Sumire Uesaka, who stars in the series as Mia Luna Tearmoon, is performing the show's opening theme song "Happy End Princess," and KanoeRana is performing the ending theme song "Queen of the Night."
Nozomu Mochitsuki launched the novel series on the Shōsetsuka ni Narō website in August 2018, and TO Books began publishing the novels in print with illustrations by Gilse in June 2019. TO Books published the first volume of Mizu Morino's manga adaptation in January 2020. The manga is ongoing. J-Novel Club licensed the novel series and the manga adaptation.
